Under Parm’s quick and decisive leadership, our house was put on the market the first week of December. It sold days later above asking price. She’s delightful and incredible.

Hire her. She’s amazing, her staff is amazing. The repairs and cleaning that was done prior to the Open House, was all scheduled by Parm. It was done in days. We can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had.

We recently closed on a difficult sale using Parm’s services. Although the listing went smooth and we receive multiple offers above our asking price the reason it was difficult was that a third party needed to be included in the closing of the sale, the HOA which operates on its own timeline Parm and her staff kept us updated and motivating the HOA to take the needed measures to clos. We recommend using her services especially if selling or purchasing a home in North Sacramento.
