They were responsive to our requests to view homes and provided great recommendations on how to structure our bid to secure the purchase. Her team also helped us sell our current home. They are thorough with their market research and counsel on how to prepare the home for sale. Her team actively marketed our house on multiple channels to generate a lot of interest, and we had multiple offers over list within three days of listing. We sold our home at a price far greater than the comps in our neighborhood. We are so pleased with the work done by Parm and her team!

Parm and team were exceptional in all regards. She knows the market well and executes on her promises. Hardest working team I know of. And she is a great hand holder during those tense times that are inevitable in a real estate transaction. She got me two offers within the first week of listing. The house sold within the week! She had open houses the first Saturday and Sunday, a day after it was listed. She held additional open houses as back ups after I accepted an offer. The marketing was terrific. Her team provided buyer comments on the home and also statistics such as number of Zillow views and saves, etc.
Purchasing a home can be so stressful but having Lindsey and the support of Parm Atwal team made the process so much smoother.
