Jose was outstanding to work with on buying our first home! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and able to answer any question we had. He was also able to help us narrow down the home we wanted and then later helped negotiate it for exactly what we wanted. We are extremely grateful for him walking us through every step of the process and making this a much less stressful process as we bought our first home!

My experience with Parm Atwal and William Solomon was outstanding. I live out of town and was looking to purchase a property for my daughter to live in while attending grad school. We began our journey with a quickly scheduled zoom meeting to start zeroing in on what we wanted. My daughter and I made a trip up to Sacramento to begin looking at properties. Will was a great guide, constantly looking for feedback and wanting honest reactions to what we toured. We change our direction from looking for a condo, to looking for a home. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and were unfamiliar with many parts of the process, but they made everything much easier to understand and far less stressful.

Kevin was always honest, patient, professional, and extremely responsive. Whenever we had a question or concern, he answered us quickly and clearly instead of making us feel rushed or confused. What I appreciated most was Parm’s persistence, guidance, and willingness to stay engaged during a very challenging process.
