We had a wonderful experience with Parm as my mother’s realtor. My sister found her online and we liked what people said about her and everything turned out to be true. She is a true professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. My mother is not the most responsive person and Parm’s team checked in with her frequently. Parm’s explanation of her process was really comprehensive and we felt that her guidance was thoughtful and clear. We also enjoyed working with her because she seems like a very kind and warm person and every phone call left us feeling better about a stressful sale of the rental property my mother owned. They are great at communicating and keeping you informed every step of the way. My family and I have no real estate knowledge and she eased our worries every step of the way. Easy to get a hold of and all your questions/concerns will be put to rest. Not to mention, kind and respectful. Will be using them anytime we have real estate needs. Parm and her team were truly wonderful with my family and I as first time buyers. Socorro specifically was very down to earth and pragmatic due to our constrained budget and life schedule, she worked wonders finding the time to meet with us and finding a property in just the right neighbourhood with her expertise in the area and amazing language skills (we speak Spanish primarily)

Parm WOWed me on day one by spending a substantial amount of time on a Zoom call with me, explaining her strategies and expertise before I even signed a contract with her. I was impressed with her dedication of time and care, and found her to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I’m very grateful for the work and support of Parm Atwal and the Team at Keller Williams. My property was built in 1968, and had a number of issues to address to get it ready for the market. Parm helped me work through the repairs using some contractors of my choice, as well as providing others to keep it looking good throughout the sales process.
